2. Booking & Appointments

All services are provided by appointment only.
Appointments can be booked via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram, or website contact form.
A confirmation message will be sent once your booking is accepted.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please inform us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a rescheduling fee or deposit forfeiture (if applied).
Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments.

4. Service Disclaimer

Our treatments are performed by certified professionals using approved tools and techniques.
However, results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, and post-care.
We do not offer guaranteed results, especially for treatments like lip blush, microblading, or laser.

If you have skin conditions, allergies, or are on medication, please inform us during consultation. We may advise against certain treatments for your safety.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change.
We accept UPI, cash, and bank transfer.
Some advanced services may require a booking deposit.

You will be informed of the final price before any treatment begins.

6. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on services that have been performed.
In case of any issues or dissatisfaction, please bring it to our attention immediately so we can try to resolve it with a touch-up, correction, or alternative solution.

7. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive semi-permanent makeup, plasma, or laser treatments.
For younger clients (under 18), parental consent is required for general skincare treatments.

8. Health & Safety

We maintain strict hygiene and safety standards:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing symptoms of illness or infection.
